Takhmina Islamova

Takhmina Islamova is a Junior Associate at Ironwood Consulting. She supports the firm’s litigation and advisory practices with legal research, client communication, and drafting of legal documents. She brings diverse experience from both the public and private legal sectors in Azerbaijan.

Before joining Ironwood, Takhmina worked as a junior associate at a local law firm and served as legal counsel private firms. She also held roles at district court and advocate bureau, gaining practical courtroom and legal drafting experience. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in law from Baku State University and a master’s degree in Criminology and Forensic Psychology from Kingston University, London.

Takhmina is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
